Our Approach
Balance Yoga is a non-dogmatic yoga certification that emphasizes
balance, modern day fitness, personalization and holistic health. The
Balance Yoga Certification is a registered yoga school with the
Yoga Alliance and prepares teachers with a combination of
theoretical and practical training. Upon completion, students will be
prepared to teach a classical Hatha, Vinyasa or Power Yoga
classes.
We offer the training in three formats:

education
- Holistic health and nutrition
- Yoga teaching written and practical exam
