Come join us for a high intensity, total body workout in the park.

The fat burning workout combines strength training, cardio drills
and martial arts training. No experience required!
The workout uses gravity and your own body weight to
strengthen and sculpt your entire body.
The workout is challenging and intense but allows for adequate
recovery with an alternating workout schedule.
