Introduction to Yoga

Come experience an introduction to yoga. This class will offer
information on the history, philosophy and benefits of yoga.
The workshop will cover a variety of yoga styles.
The class will also feature a review of how to use yoga
accessories for beginners, including mats, blocks and straps.

- Tips for practice
- Pose break down
Bring a yoga mat and arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the
