to 2000 hours. We are a Registered
Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance at

Class Tips:
- Bring a yoga/Pilates mat, towel and water
- Avoid large meals prior to class
- Arrive 5-10 min. early as the doors lock to avoid
interruptions
