12 Week Fitness Challenge – Small Group Personal Training

Overview:

We want to help you get in shape, feel better and start new health habits that can translate into better long-term health.  We invite you to join our 12 week health and fitness challenge.  

The program has several components:

  • Pre-assessment: We will determine your current fitness levels and discuss your 12 weeks goals.  Will will take your blood pressure, body fat, resting heart rate, recovery heart rate, low back and hamstring flexibility and muscle endurance
  • Weekly nutrition goals as well as overall nutrition plan that can be followed loosely, exactly or modified (e.g. vegetarian)
  • Weekly small group workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for one hour
  • Weekly tracking of sleep, alcohol intake, stress, weight, water and sugar intake
  • Access to optional workouts and yoga classes
  • Post-assessment:  After the 12 weeks we will assess improvements in all areas above and in relationship to personal goals

Costs: $199/month (auto-billed for 3 months)
