New to Yoga and Fitness in Kansas City?
That’s ok! Everyone has a starting point. Life is about exploring new opportunities. Our Kansas City yoga and fitness classes offer modifications for every level from beginner to advanced. Join us today! Beginners are welcome! We offer several styles of yoga including hot yoga, power yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative or relaxing yoga, basic or Hatha yoga, breathing and meditation classes. Other than yoga, we also offer boot camp fitness, small group personal training and Zumba.
Registering for our Kansas City Yoga, CrossFit & Fitness Classes
KCFitnessLink uses online software (Mindbodyonline) that allows you to register for classes and events, schedule private coaching/massage therapy, and manage your personal information. You will need to create a user name and password on your first access to the site. Once registered, you can buy monthly memberships and sign up for any class from week to week that fits your busy schedule. Our class passes can be used for any class on the schedule with the exception of specialty workshops.
Also, you can download the Mindbodyonline phone App (Android/iPhone) to sign into classes from your phone.
